Why can I not ship to some countries?

What decides which countries a maker can deliver to on Makli: your own shipping rates, and whether you have opened shipping beyond the EU. Packaging compliance is not one of them.

Why can I not ship to a particular country?

Almost always because of your own shipping settings: a rate that lists specific destination countries excludes every country not on the list. The other reason is scope, since Makli currently operates inside the 27 EU member states, so addresses outside the EU cannot be chosen at checkout.

Does packaging EPR stop me shipping somewhere on Makli?

No. Packaging compliance is prompted in Shop Setup and never blocks a shop, a listing or a sale. A country you have not answered for is still available to buyers.

Why does my shop show as delivering to more countries than I post to?

A shipping rate with no destination list applies everywhere you have agreed to ship, which is the 27 EU member states until you open shipping beyond the EU in Shipping settings. It is usually a default nobody chose rather than a decision. Editing the rate to list the countries you actually post to fixes it.
